Larry Dietrich studied horn with John Strobel of the University of Southern Colorado and with Mark Denekas of the Denver Symphony. He has taught music at Sierra Grande School and Adams State College in Colorado, and at Hummingbird Music Camp in New Mexico. Larry has been a member of the Colorado Springs Symphony, Pueblo Symphony, Pueblo Civic Ballet, the Brass Brothers, the Colorado Opera Festival, Taos Chamber Orchestra, and the San Juan Symphony. In Lincoln, he has participated in pit orchestras for musicals at Pinewood Bowl, and currently a member of Lincoln Civic Orchestra, Great Plains Music Society, CUMC Brass, Lincoln Municipal Band, and Great Plains Chamber Winds.
