Lee Lowry studied oboe and English horn with Orlan Thomas, formerly of the University of Nebraska. He has played in the Hastings and Lincoln Symphonies, as well as the University of Nebraska Orchestra. He has been a long time member of Lincoln Community Concert Band, and the Pinewood Bowl orchestra. He is a frequent soloist in several area churches. Lee plays oboe and English horn with the Great Plains Music Society, Lincoln Civic Orchestra, and Great Plains Chamber Winds.
